## Narrative

Operator struck chunk in roadway of Tower Hill Ramp with 1085 van during shift change. UT51 was called for an EMT to respond and an ambulance for driver. Driver was taken to Marquette General for further treatment and evaluation. EE was admitted to the hospital with a back injury.
