## Narrative

Two miners were working together to install utilities when they loosened the bolts on the Victaulic clamp on the air header prior to relieving the pressure. One miner received a fracture to right forearm, the second miner was treated for eye injuries when glasses were blown off, EE also received soft tissue injuries to the left forearm.
