Narrative

EE was tasked with exchanging the SCBA bottles at the Mine fire house. When EE arrived at the fire house EE exited EE's truck and began to remove the SCBA bottles from the passenger side. EE felt a pull in EE's back and pain that went into both the upper and lower part of EE's back. EE was treated and released.
