A roof fall occurred in the 00 West Aircourse. The fall is located in #1 Entry at the intersection of #6 Crosscut. The fall is approximately 50 feet in length x 16 feet in width and is approximately 9 feet above the existing mine roof (1 foot above the anchor point).
