## Narrative

While walking thru the last open crosscut to the longwall, the employee stumbled, tripped and fell resulting in a simple fracture to the employee's right ankle. The employee did not violate any rules, regulations or policies.  The employee had on the appropriate PPE.  The employee was adequately trained and exhibits a good safety attitude.
