## Narrative

Employee was cleaning on the slope belt when ee felt pain in right knee.  An MRI revealed several degenerative conditions.  EE had surgery on the same knee on 4/13/16 to repair degenerative conditions.  This is being reported as an Occupational Illness due to repeated trauma.  The employee was taken off work on 10/7/2016.
