## Narrative

An employee was in the process of removing the lock ring on a 40 x R57 production truck tire.  EE had removed the ring and was moving it into a storage area when the two ends of the ring came together pinching left hand.  After removing cut resistant gloves, the employee noticed a laceration on left hand which required three sutures to close.
