Narrative

Employee was assisting a contractor in a 54"" Conveyor belt replacement on the RP1 Radial Portable Conveyor when right middle finger was injured. The group was preparing to lift three 54"" troughing idlers with the 75 ton Linkbelt crane when the employees finger was caught between the grab chain and an idler frame.
