## Narrative

A small blower was bolted onto a pallet. When the pallet was loaded onto the flatbed truck it had to be turned 90 degrees to allow for proper securement to the flatbed. The employee was in the act of turning the pallet back 90 degrees when the board EE was pulling came loose and the employee fell off the truck bed to the ground.
