Narrative

Employee was performing maintenance on the carrier bearing of a screw conveyor. EE slipped and struck EE's hand on the sharp corner of a nearby tool box resulting in a laceration on the side of the palm of EE's hand. EE received 6-stitches in EE's hand and was immediately released to full duty.
