## Narrative

Employee was using a wash-down hose to clean the area around the continuous miner ""CM"" stab jack, which is located beneath the CM tail.  As EE was positioning self to better utilize the hose, they struck right ear on a piece of loose rock that was resting on the tail of the CM. Employee began missing time on 10/19/2016.
