## Narrative

Employee missed a step on a ladder and then noticed knee popped a few times. Employee initially refused treatment, but at end of day noticed swelling on knee. Employee went to the ER, referred to orthopedic specialist and taken off work. Specialist released employee to full duty 10/26/16.
