## Narrative

A fully trained miner was tramming the roof bolter from 0 to 1 entry.  The machine made contact with the rib line and a piece of metal on the canopy struck EE in the right ear causing a laceration.  The injury was not result of any compliance issues nor did it involve any protective devices.
