## Narrative

Employee complained of experiencing neck and back pain and saying couldn't wear hard hat.  The employee was taken off work and given an MRI.  The MRI revealed multiple degenerative disc conditions thru out neck and back.  This is being reported as an occupational illness due to repeated trauma.
