## Narrative

A roof fall occurred in the Main North Aircourse. The fall is located in #5 entry at the intersection outby the #5 Seal. All seals can still be examined. The fall is approx. 20 feet in length x 16 feet in width and is approx. 9 feet above the existing mine roof (1 foot above the anchor point). The cause of the fall was determined to be weathering of the roof.
