Narrative

employee was changing lights on #3 RK Kiln Deck. As EE was helping to dismantle the scaffolding, EE's left foot slipped into a groove twisting EE's left ankle. Pain and discomfort increased and subsided over the next few weeks. Ultimately, the pain and soreness increased prompting a medical visit on 11/3/16.
