working at work bench reached up to shelf to retrieve box EE bumped a can of break cleaner spray Can fell from shelf landing upside down spraying employee in eyes Employee was wearing glasses Eye wash was applied to the affected eyes until chemical was removed some irritation remained & was sent to the doctor Sustained minor chemical burn to the eyes ointment was prescribed
