Employee stated was operating the # 954 diesel mantrip when a rock struck employee measuring 3.5"" wide x 1/2"" thick and 6"" long in the nose area causing a laceration. The employee finished shift, but later sought medical attention where the laceration took 6 sutures. This is being reported as a medical reportable incident.
