Narrative

The employee was swinging a sledge hammer to drive in a wedge on a Symons crusher. The employee partially struck the pin and the sledge hammer continued around. Both hands were on the handle of the sledge hammer. EE right hand middle finger struck an adjacent support causing a laceration requiring sutures.
