Narrative

A piece of rock fell out from the top of the rib, slipped down the screen, striking the shield and breaking off a piece that hit the employee in the lower back. The rock fell 3 feet before striking the employee. The piece measured 3 feet long, 2 feet wide, and 3 feet thick.
