Narrative

The injured was operating the radio remote controlled continuous miner when the coal rib, at back, ""popped"" off the rib striking ee on the lower legs. The rib measured 9 feet long, by 5 to 7 inches thick and 6 feet high. This resulted in a fracture to right ankle.
