## Narrative

Employee was assisting on the longwall move.  Employee attempted to lift a 4"" I beam. EE felt a ""pop"" in left groin.  Employee finished shift and worked the next day.  EE felt increasing soreness in the affected area and went to the doctor.  EE was diagnosed with a hernia.
