## Narrative

Employee was changing cutting edges on 990 loader.  While using 1"" impact gun, left hand slipped off the handle & middle finger came in contact with the socket & nut causing employee to get cut. Employee was taken to the hospital where employee received 10 stitches. Employee was wearing gloves.
