## Narrative

While picking up a 2' crib out of the S bars on the 201 clean coal screens on the 6th floor of the prep plant, EE felt a pain in EE's right shoulder. EE received medical attention on 11/14/16 and was diagnosed with a shoulder sprain and started missing work. No problems with mining methods, training, PPE or compliance issues.
