Narrative

While walking toward the back of the crash pit (slope bottom) between most outby car and handrail EE slipped and fell, grabbing handrail on descent and causing pain in right shoulder area. Subsequent medical attention put EE off work until after a MRI of right shoulder. No problems with mining methods, training, PPE, or compliance issues.
