## Narrative

Adding another tube to end of ventilation tubing at 1E headgate (#4 entry) when the slider, new tube and last tube all fell down. EE grabbed them to try and hold them up and felt pain in right shoulder. No problems with mining method, training, PPE, or compliance issues.
