11/14/16 the employee stated that ee was lifting a cover on an underground scoop when ee felt a ""tweek"" in back. Employee did not convey or realize the severity of injury and continued to work the next few days. 11/21/16 the employee filed an injury report and went to a doctor for an evaluation of back. The employee returned to regular duties with restrictions.
