## Narrative

Two employees were hanging 80' of 2"" HDP pipe in the Main behind the bolter. The two employees secured the pipe and blew the pipe out prior to hanging it. They locked out the compressor then hung the pipe. They unlocked the compressor, one employee entered the cab of the bolter, the other charged the pipe. Material from the pipe struck the bolter window and employee.
