Narrative

The injured was working on the surface at Contrary Portal (8 Vent). While the injured was attempting to remove the bolt from the counter weight, on the service cage, the counter weight shifted catching the end of EE's left index finger between the counter weight and the washer on the bolt, causing laceration.
