## Narrative

Contract employee was adjusting the lap belt in storage unit with a come-a-long. The arm for the drop away rollers fell down pinching EE's finger between the support bracket and arm. Cause of this injury was not securing the bracket from falling. Compliance with rules/regs., mining equipment/systems not factor. Miner Proficiency and/or PPE (Gloves) may be a factor.
