## Narrative

IE felt a ""pop"" while entering the crew van at the end of shift. IE was examined at the ER, referred to an Orthopedic doctor, MRI was ordered which revealed a small meniscus tear and was prescribed physical therapy. The IE had surgery on the same knee for a meniscus tear in the past. Given this along with the ee denying any slip or trip the event will be classified as an illness
