## Narrative

EE and another ee were moving a 3"" steel pipe. The other ee dropped end causing the pipe to bounce on ee shoulder. EE worked for a few days and was than later seen by a doctor on 11/25/16, which brought no concerns and ee returned to work. On 12/8/16 ee went to a follow-up visit. This doctor placed ee on miner work restrictions.
