Narrative

Employee was trying to take a shield off the reel box on the #322 shuttle car on the 1 North Section. Employee was using a 3/4"" inch wrench to try to break the bolt loose. EE was pulling the wrench toward self when this incident occurred. In the process of pulling on the wrench it slipped off causing EE to fall on the ground landing on right hand.
