Narrative

Employee attempted to remove a rock (120 lb approx.) from in front of belt switch located slightly in the crosscut from 10 belt to track at 45 blk. Rock started to slip and when ee re-secured it ee felt pain in lower back and tightness between shoulder blades. No problems with training, ppe, mining methods or compliance issues.
