Unplanned roof fall discovered reportable at 4:48 pm on 12/18/16 at the 39 block intersection of 4 belt. Fall was approximately 20' long, 10' wide and 8' high. Fall occurred over top of the belt and on the tight side, extending into the crosscut (walk side still supported). Occurred due to both gradual and acute weathering.
