Employee was dragging timbers into 4 West when the timber being drug lodged against a timber that was set. Trying to jerk it free, causing pain and numbness in lower back and left leg. This did not involve any compliance issues. Personal protective equipment was being used and this did not involve job proficiency, attitude, or machinery.
