## Narrative

EE pulled off to the side of the road and exited truck 177 to add salt to the load of stone. It was 2 degrees outside and EE got ice on EE's shoe and when EE went to step down and EE fell straight down off of the step and hit the ground where EE was immobilized. 911 was called and an ambulance was sent.
