## Narrative

While installing bolt in fish plate, employee had hand under rail while another employee was holding rail up with a slate bar. The rail slipped off of the slate bar sliding down onto employees fingers. This did not involve any compliance issues. Personal protective equipment was being used and this did not involve job proficiency, attitude, or machinery.
