## Narrative

After installing a 3"" victaulic valve assembly below the pump on an 8"" waterline employee turned the valve on & the valve assembly began to spin, the valve handle caught the glove of the employee's right hand twisting their hand & arm around the valve assembly & pipe causing injuries to right hand & arm. Seen by the site medic and referred to ER, Restrictions were issued.
