## Narrative

Employee was traveling down the 9 South haulage on a diesel locomotive.  Leaned down to turn inby headlights off and when sat back up hit head on the mine roof.  No problems with mining equipment, ppe, training or compliance issues.  Employee started missing work on 01/04/2017.
