## Narrative

After employee pulled the rock dust hose free from the miner cable and started to rock dust, ee straightened arm out and felt pain in left triceps/elbow area. EE stated ee felt no injury occur while pulling hose. This did not involve any compliance issues. Personal protective equipment was being used and this did not involve job proficiency, attitude, or machinery.
