Narrative

A fully trained miner was assisting move the fan from 3 to 2 entry when the bologna skin became caught on corner. As EE was freeing the caught piece, a rock fell from between the bolted rib straps and hit left foot. The injury was not a result of any compliance issues nor was any protective devices involved.
