## Narrative

Employee was trying to lower #205 shield and prepare for transport.  The Shield would not lower ee opened the relief valve on the back of the manifold to release the emulsion oil.  At this point the shield still did not lower but ee thought all of the pressure was off.  EE opened the staple lock to the slave line and it still had pressure resulted in it striking arm.
