## Narrative

Employee was attempting to close a valve and got EE's hand caught between the valve handle and valve body, bruising EE's pinky and side of EE's hand. EE initially refuse treatment. On 1/4/17, EE reported ongoing pain to EE's supervisor, saw EE's PCP and was taken off work 3 days.
