Employee bent over to handle the continuous miner cable, as EE lifted the cable EE felt pain in EE's right shoulder.  EE continued to work without restrictions until EE's doctor visit on 12-29-16, at which time EE was placed on restrictions starting EE's next scheduled shift on 01-03-17.  EE began missing time on 01-03-17.
