## Narrative

While installing a bolt from a supported ground position, a rock fell from the un-supported area EE was working towards, landing on its edge then tipping towards employee making contact to right leg/foot. Seen by site medic & referred to the ER, X-Rays were positive for fracture to right tibia in leg, sutures for lacerations to right foot, restrictions issued.
