Narrative

End of the shift, EE was climbing down a the equipment ladder of a Cat 777 end dump truck. EE didnt use lunch box rope. When EE climbed down to the bumper, EE moved EE's lunch box from the radiator down to the bumper with EE's left hand. When EE started to climb down, EE lost grip with EE's right hand before EE could gain grip with EE's left hand. EE fell approximately five feet.
