## Narrative

While bending over to pick up the continuous miner trailing cable, the employee felt a ""pop"" in lower back. The accident was caused by the employee's failure to use proper lifting technique. Employee was wearing appropriate PPE and did not violate any rules, regulations or policies. Employee was properly trained and has a good attitude toward safety.
