## Narrative

IE was taking the .75"" bolts out of the conveyor motor cover. When EE pulled upward with the ratchet, EE felt a pop and what felt like a shock in the shoulder and it ran down right arm. EE finished the job, and was still having pain at end of shift. On 1/11/17 the IE started missing work.
