EE was pulling shields on longwall face, EE turned to move away from a spraying hose and caught foot between a relay bar and shield putting stress on and fracturing right ankle. Cause of the incident was lack of concentration. PPE was not a factor, mining equipment/mining systems was a factor, compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
